Newer video-based submissions were not rendering in the gallery.
Added a media type to each work and a server routine to classify the hosted file.

Moving-image works bounced through public gateways that did not hold the file.
Playback moved to the artist's own gateway with metadata preloading.

"Now the other art isn't rendering. This appears to be a bug and I'm wasting compute."
Renderer was retrying in a loop between image and video; rewritten to decide once by stored media type.

Fix all images; log a ticket requesting a refund of time spent.
Audited every work against its host: all 21 files served correctly; one work ("Ethereal Resonance in Flux") was stored as a still but is an MP4 — corrected. This log created.
