Accessibility & Governance Statement
Published snapshot ·
Halston Arthouse completed a governance and security remediation pass. 2 eligible blocked events were closed after their recorded controls held, while 11 consequential or otherwise ineligible events remain reserved for individual curator review. This is a curator self-assessment, not certification or a new live penetration or assistive-technology test.
Production source and records review completed 14 September 2026. Confirmed source-level controls and eligible security-event dispositions were refreshed; consequential events and work requiring live or independent validation remain review in progress.

- Blocked, non-critical threat-log entries eligible for bulk disposition were marked reviewed with the control outcome recorded.
- Consequential security events were excluded from bulk closure and surfaced in an open curator alert.
- Red-team records with controls explicitly verified in source were refreshed as remediated while preserving historical test limitations.
- Public accessibility and governance counts were recomputed from the current production registers.
- AI-system inventory summaries were rebuilt from all current inventory records.
Review in progress
- 11 consequential or otherwise ineligible SecurityEvent records require individual curator disposition.
- Accessibility items requiring live keyboard, screen-reader, motion, text-size, focus, or responsive validation remain review in progress.
- Live end-to-end payment, webhook, refund, email, authentication, IPFS, and abuse-control validation remains separate from source-level control confirmation.
- Independent legal review and any formal WCAG, ADA, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO/IEC 42001 assessment have not been performed.
- AI inventory accuracy, disclosure coverage, model reliability, and cohort disparity alerts remain subject to curator review.
